T-Shaped

This term in Te Ngahere we have been doing lots of T-Shaped. This T-Shaped was about looking at a picture and thinking of what was happening and what might happen next. I found it quite hard because we have to look for an adverb, they usually start end with a ly. It helped us to  start looking at mood and atmosphere in stories.

Have you ever done T-Shaped in your class?

Bay Of Island

Kia ora yesterday I went to Bay of Islands College. We went for orientation day. We were there with another school. We walked around the school and we did things that people in college do. We had fun. Some of the lessons we learnt were Social Studies, Te Reo Maori, PE, Art, Woodwork, Science and at the beginning of the day we made a paper tower. Do you want to go to Bay of Islands College?

Wonderful Fishing

 Wonderful Fishing

Kia ora in the holiday Ben and his grandpa and I went fishing. We had heaps of fun and we all caught 2 fish each. The fish that we caught were snappers, sharks and a king fish. The place we went to was in Russell somewhere I can't remember. Then we came back and smoked the fish for our dinner. After that we watched movies like Annabelle and then we went to sleep.
